About the Role
Project Manager | 12-month contract
At Dentons, we are transforming the way we deliver technology services to support the world's largest law firm. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of technology projects within an Agile PMO environment. This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with business leaders, Partners, technical teams and vendors to deliver projects that drive business value and improve the way we work.
Projects may span Infrastructure & Cloud, Networks, Cybersecurity, Databases, enterprise applications and business transformation initiatives. This includes implementations and performance improvement across platforms such as iManage, Elite 3E, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Azure and AI and Agentic technologies including Microsoft Copilot.
Acting as the bridge between business and technology, you will work across multiple teams to manage project governance and ensure initiatives are delivered within agreed parameters while supporting a diverse technology landscape, including cloud-based solutions (IaaS, PaaS and SaaS).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of multiple projects using Agile project delivery principles.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets and resource requirements.
- Monitor project performance, milestones and key deliverables, and drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learnt.
- Produce high-quality project documentation, governance artefacts and executive reporting.
- Collaborate across business stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors.
- Generate project performance reports for leadership, stakeholder and teams
- Support benefits realisation and ensure project outcomes align with organisational objectives.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Minimum 5 years' project delivery experience, including at least 3 years in Agile environments.
- Agile project management certification (AgilePM, SAFe or PRINCE2 Agile).
- Experience within legal, financial services or other regulated environments.
- Exposure to enterprise applications across infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, networks and business applications, such as iManage, Elite 3E, Power BI, Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Knowledge of ITIL, cloud platforms, information security or emerging technologies such as AI is highly regarded.
- Strong project governance, planning, budgeting and risk management capability.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps.
