We are seeking an experienced in-house Legal Recruiter to join our busy and innovative team! This is a full-time permanent role that will have national responsibility for legal recruitment across entry to mid-level roles.  This role is part of a national HR team that is defined by words like; trust, collaborative, empowering, team, open communication and inclusive. 

 

You will be responsible for the full cycle of the recruitment process including (but not limited to):

 

  • Partnering with internal clients to take a job brief;
  • Sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates;
  • Booking interviews and reference checking;
  • Offer management and on-boarding;
  • Conduct research as required to source candidates and build talent pools;
  • Ensuring compliance with our recruitment & on-boarding policies and procedures; 
  • Participate in recruitment projects for Graduate Recruitment, Clerkships; and
  • General recruitment and HR administration duties as required.

 

Use your recruitment skills gained over a period of up to three years; ideally gained in legal recruitment, to provide a seamless and high quality service to our internal clients whilst ensuring a positive candidate experience. Your high attention to detail, excellent administration skills, proactive, forward thinking mindset combined with your client-focussed orientation based on excellence are critical to your success in this role.
