The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Reports Analyst to join our dynamic IT team on a 6 month contract. This role is responsible for analysing metrics and designing management, performance and process reports that meets evolving business and client requirements.


Key duties include:

  • Creation and maintenance of reports using SSRS.
  • Testing and verifying data against our in house systems.
  • Contribute to the planning of the reporting services with an excellent understanding of reporting tools and techniques which enhance reporting outcomes.
  • Ability to manipulate, anlayse, interpret and present complex data.
  • General maintenance and configuration tasks.
  • Investigate and resolve urgent data issues and requests.
  • Liaising with business stakeholders to analyse requirements to enhance efficiencies.
  • Involvement in Change Management activities.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment (preferred but not essential).
  • Analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise commitments to meet deadlines whilst maintaining high quality data and reporting standards.
  • The ability to manage own time and work independently without close supervision.
  • Power BI and VBA experience (beneficial).
  • The ability to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of information is maintained.
  • Experience in developing and implementing new report templates.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated work ethic and attitude which emulates professionalism and accountability.
