About the role

 

What an incredible opportunity for a Lawyer with at least 2 years of post qualification experience. You will work directly with a securitisation, structured finance and derivatives specialist who has received numerous industry accolades. This Partner is eager to involve you in every aspect of the practice and they and their Special Counsel will expose you to top-tier work and support you in your learning and development in this exciting space.

 

The team advises a broad range of clients (including blue-chips, all the major banks and some borrower clients) focusing on securitisation, structured finance, corporate bond issuances, risk retention facilities and derivatives transactions. Just some of the highlights of this role include:

About you

 

For this incredible opportunity, we are seeking a solicitor who has gained experience in a well regarded Banking & Finance practice, with exposure to securitisation work, who is interested in specialising in this area. You will have a strong commitment to client service, actively developing strong client relationships. You are a quick learner and looking for a work environment that provides all the training you need to step up, whilst offering as much autonomy as you desire.
