The opportunity


Our Construction team, led by partners Ourania Konstantinidis and Marcus Graham, are seeking a Senior Associate with a minimum of four to five years post qualification experience.  


This is a full function role where you will be working on both front and back end construction matters. You will be given the opportunity to work independently whilst also being supported by an experienced team and mentored by highly successful, engaging and inspirational partners and special counsel. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior members in the team. Your career path will be transparent and you will be fully supported to achieve your career goals.


You must have demonstrable knowledge of various construction contracts and associated documents, and experience in contract drafting and contract administration. You will also need to have experience in litigation, dispute resolution, including adjudications and resolving disputes arising from the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Legislation.
