The Opportunity


We are seeking a Solicitor, with a minimum of one year post-qualification experience, to join our established and highly regarded Technology, Regulation and Compliance practice.  You will work closely with the other legal professionals in the group to provide advice to all types of financial industry clients on regulatory matters including the Corporations Act, National Consumer Credit Protection Act, Privacy Act and AML/CTF Act.


This role is suited to someone who has a positive, can-do mindset together with an energetic and motivated manner! Excellent attention to detail and a genuine interest in the area of practice are essential and would suit someone with previous transactional banking experience looking to make a move. We have a collegiate, high performance team. You will be busy and challenged whilst continuously learning.
