We are looking for a motivated Workplace Technology Specialist with prior experience working on and supporting end-user Workplace Technologies. You will provide technical advice and support to our diverse group of users from a wide range of backgrounds so the ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner is a must.

 

About the role

 

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support of Workplace Support service delivery to all Dentons Australian offices
  • Manage the end-user Standard Operating Environment (SOE) build with relevant internal and external parties including engineering, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
  • Manage the review, testing and selection of end-user laptop devices with selected vendors
  • Technical support for Dentons operating environment and remote access environments
  • Onboarding and testing any new end-user applications
  • Management and support of Dentons collaboration technologies including:
    • Video Conference enabled meeting rooms and all technology within
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Zoom.

 

About you

 

  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or equivalent Technology qualification highly regarded
  • Exemplary customer service ethic
  • Fast learner with the ability to problem solve and take initiative 
  • Can effectively operate withminimal supervision
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise your workload to meet deadlines
  • Great communicator, both written and verbal.
