Key skills and experience: 

• Local or International Business or Law Degree
• High level of English (IELTS 7 or high)
• High level of Uzbek (fluent reading, speaking, and writing) and Russian
• At least 1-2 years PQE (not applicable for internship programs)
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Understands causes of professional risk and ethical responsibilities
• Understands client relationship’s role in developing business
• Effective time management
• Takes responsibility for own learning and development
• Seeks feedback and mentoring from colleagues and supervisors
• Treats others with respect, is constructive and specific in providing feedback
• Ability to adapt to an international environment and eagerness to grow both professionally and personally with us.
