About this role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join our Corporate advisory team. You will be joining a high-performing, professional, ambitious, and collaborative team led by partners who have practiced in New Zealand and London.
The team has a strong transactional focus and regularly acts on both inbound and outbound cross-border transactions. This team has handled many of the firm’s most high-profile, advising a blue-chip client base that includes:
- Large corporates within New Zealand and overseas
- Private equity and venture capital fund managers
- Iwi and Māori enterprises
- Clients across a broad range of sectors, particularly technology, financial services, and energy
This role will work closely with Keegan Toft, a highly regarded corporate specialist known for delivering pragmatic, solution-focused advice to a diverse range of clients, including growth-stage businesses, small to medium enterprises, and listed companies.
Your experience/interest will include:
- Corporate and commercial law
- Mergers and Acquisitions
- Corporate governance
- Providing sound commercial advice
- Building strong trusted client relationships
