The role 

Our Corporate and Commercial Team advises local, national and international clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. We are in a growth phase and, as such, are looking for a Senior Associate with 8 –10 years’ experience to join our team in Wellington. You will be a team player, and have a desire to build your career as a recognised Corporate and Commercial Lawyer with transactional expertise. 

 

Ideal candidates will have strong general corporate experience, ideally also with expertise in some or all of the following: 

 

  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Domestic and international transactions
  • Business and corporate advisory
  • Capital markets
  • Joint ventures, partnering and alliancing
