As a Trust Administrator, you’ll be an integral part of our Finance team, responsible for the day-to-day management of trust account activities. You’ll work independently and confidently support authors and secretaries with billing queries, drawing on your deep understanding of our billing systems.

This role also offers the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across the country, providing support where needed and contributing to a positive and flexible team environment.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, a typical day may include:

  • Daily trust operations including, trust settlements, receipts, IBD deposits, withdrawals, and quarterly interest uploads
  • bank account receipting and processing credit card/eftpos payments
  • Disbursement cheque processing
  • Providing billing system support to internal stakeholders

  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong knowledge of billing systems and financial processes
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support a national team
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
