About the role
You will join our assistant team and support partners as well as the wider Luxembourg office. Your responsibilities will include:
- Formatting, preparing legal documents, including contracts.
- Managing diaries, scheduling appointments and organising internal and external meetings.
- Filing, archiving and monitoring client files in both physical and electronic formats.
- Handling reception duties, including welcoming clients and external contacts
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person or team
- Supporting lawyers to ensure smooth coordination of daily activities.
- Monitoring signatures, filings, submissions and formalities with the relevant authorities.
- Updating internal databases and ensuring data accuracy.
This role places you at the heart of the firm, working closely with colleagues, support staff and lawyers in a collaborative and international environment.
About you
You are a dynamic, proactive and motivated professional with:
- A professional secretarial qualification.
- Fluency in English and French; proficiency in German and Luxembourgish is considered an advantage.
- Ideally a previous experience in a law firm.
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organisational skills and a solution‑oriented mindset.
- Diplomacy, discretion and a high level of professionalism.
- Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
