Our Legal Delivery Centre (LDC) is a flexible and scalable paralegal resource for use across all of our UK, Ireland and Middle East offices and across the full spectrum of legal services.

We are presently looking for bright, ambitious and enthusiastic paralegals from across the UK to join our virtual, innovative LDC.
The Role
Meeting the ever increasing demands for disaggregated legal services, the LDC offers an exciting opportunity for development and the chance to undertake work that is varied, challenging and engaging. Predominantly dedicated to providing DSAR and Document Review support within the firm's Commercial and Dispute Resolution groups, this role offers an excellent, high quality paralegal experience together with exposure across the firm and to some of the firm's major clients.

Whilst this is a virtual role with no expectation or requirement that you attend any of our office locations however anyone located near to one of our UK offices is welcome to attend that office.
Responsibilities
You will work as part of a team delivering DSAR and Document Review support on a variety of high profile and complex matters.
The role will include:
- Reviewing and redacting documents for DSARs.
- Reviewing documents as part of large scale eDisclosure and eDiscovery exercises.
- Providing legal and administrative support to fee earners for their caseloads.
- Producing high quality bundles.
- Filing and maintaining correspondence and documentation.
- Maintaining matter trackers.
- Financial hygiene including time recording and billing.
Required experience, skills, and attributes
- Previous experience supporting large scale DSAR, eDiscovery and/or eDisclosure exercises using Relativity (essential).
- Experience using Bundledocs, Kofax and Intapp Time (preferred).
- General working knowledge of GDPR and Civil Procedure Rules.
- Law degree or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office (especially Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Ability to organise, prioritise and multi-task.
- Ability to work accurately with excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrate drive and initiative.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to deal effectively with Partners and professionals across the firm.
- A strong and versatile team player.
